Event Registration Information
Registration to this year’s event is free of charge for all airline attendees provided that a hotel room is booked at the conference hotel, New World Saigon, and paid for through InteliSys.
When you make your hotel booking through us, you are able to take advantage of our special conference rate and we are pleased to offer all attendees who register prior to February 17th 15% off of their hotel room booking with our ‘Early Bird’ rate.
Once you submit the registration form below, a member of our team will be in touch with you to confirm your hotel booking details and securely take your credit card or wire transfer payment for your hotel booking.

Summit Registration (with a booking reservation at conference hotel) FREE
Attendance to this year's event is free for all airline attendees as long as a non-refundable hotel booking is made through InteliSys for the New World Saigon conference hotel. Hotel bookings must be confirmed with the InteliSys team within 14 days of registering.

Early Bird Registration Fee $500
Available until February 17th 2023. This fee will be waived if attendee confirms their hotel room booking with InteliSys within 14 days of registration.

Regular Registration Fee $750
Available from February 17th- March 31 2023. This fee will be waived if attendee confirms their hotel room booking with InteliSys within 14 days of registration.

Late Registration Fee $1000
Available from March 31- May 30 2023. This fee will be waived if attendee confirms their hotel room booking with InteliSys within 14 days of registration.

Single occupancy hotel room $140 USD/ night
*This price is for our Early Bird pricing promotion and will remain in effect until February 17th, 2023. After this date, prices will be increased by 15%.

Double occupancy hotel room $150 USD/ night
